Your consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous to comply with legal standards. Your statements or clear affirmative action signifies your agreement to the processing of your personal and business data. 

The above-mentioned rights are not absolute and do not apply in every situation.

In the unlikely event, ETI learns of a suspected or actual personal data breach, IT Security will perform an internal investigation and take appropriate remedial measures promptly. Where there is any risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, ETI will notify the relevant data protection authorities without undue delay and, when possible.
