Eclectus Technologies Inc. recently celebrated their fifth year anniversary with a team building event held at Mamizu Hotspring Resort in Los Banos, Laguna. The event was a great success, with employees engaging in various activities that strengthened their team bond and promoted teamwork. The team building event was a perfect way to celebrate the company's achievements, recognize top performers, and motivate employees to continue striving towards excellence.
The team building event featured several exciting activities that tested the employees' teamwork and problem-solving skills. One such activity was the paper tower building challenge. Employees were divided into teams and was tasked to build a tower using only paper, with the highest one winning. This activity was a great way to promote creativity and teamwork among employees.
Another activity was the blind retriever game, where employees had to guide a blindfolded teammate to retrieve objects scattered around the area while the other groups are distracting the representatives of the other group. This game tested the communication and trust between teammates, as they had to rely on verbal cues to navigate the game.
The final activity was the minefield challenge, where employees had to navigate through an obstacle course while blindfolded. The game required the employees to trust their instincts and rely on their teammates' guidance to avoid the obstacles.
At the end of the team building event, the company recognized outstanding employees who have made significant contributions to the company's success. Dave Carlos was awarded the Excellence Award for gaining sufficient knowledge and managing multiple projects at once. His dedication and hard work have been instrumental in the company's growth over the past five years. The People's Award went to Aya Nagasaka, a junior developer who has stepped up and taken on leadership roles and has taken initiative by herself. Despite being a relatively new employee, Aya's commitment and drive have made a significant impact on the team.
Overall, the team building event was a great success, bringing employees together and fostering a sense of camaraderie. The event also served as a reminder of the company's achievements over the past five years and its commitment to continued growth and success. Eclectus Technologies Inc. is proud of its team and looks forward to many more years of success and teamwork.
