Challenges Before Using Capataz 

Before DF Delivers, ordering was done manually. We used to receive orders through email, call, and through google sheets/forms. Every day, we received around 20-50 orders (some of which were in bulk). During that time, we had to individually check the orders of each customer which was very tedious and prone to human error. Not to mention, every time we skipped through an order or incorrectly placed an order, we would for sure be receiving several complaints. 

Verification of orders and customer information required at least 4 people and probably more as the number of orders increased. We were also responsible for scheduling the delivery depending on the capacity of the delivery team which sometimes finished late at night. 

Results After Using Capataz 

Because of DF Delivers, the chances of missing an order were lessened and minimized! Our sales had significantly increased by up to over 200%! Managing paperwork also became so much easier since we were able to sort customers’ orders faster especially during cut-offs.  

Currently, for the verification of orders and customer information and scheduling of delivery, we now only allocate 1-2 people to do those tasks. So that’s more or less 50% savings in terms of manpower. Things are definitely not as time consuming as before. Plus, we are more relaxed now.

One of the things I like the most about DF Delivers is that it has a search engine, which is very useful in my daily communication and verification with customers and my team. The feature allows me to easily track orders especially the customer information. Another feature I like is the tracking of order history which is a convenient way to keep track of all current and past orders and their status in the order process.
