Celebrating Christmas with Eclectus Technologies Inc.!
Last December 9, 2022, the Eclectus Technologies team had their face to face Christmas party at Ta’gig - Restaurant & Bar in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. They were Joined by the shareholders and their family. It was a night filled with joy laughter as they showed appreciation to an organizations most important asset- its people.

The party started off with the opening remarks headed by the Business Development Manager, Bong Tindugan, that highlighted the importance of unity and camaraderie, and growth in an organization. It was then followed by a presentation by the CEO and CTO, Ariel Ortiz. He briefly went through what ETI has accomplished this year, to name a few of them:
- Clients (internal group of Co.)
- More than 10 digitalization delivered (WH, Stores, Portfolio + eCom)
- 3 ongoing big projects
- Marketing awareness activities (>2,600 followers)
- 48% staffing growth (25+ total)
- +-2k Capataz users, new features, portfolio, and SaaS
Afterwards, the Head of Sales Development, Dondee Castillo gave a presentation highlighting the people initiatives of the company regarding career development and learning. From there, the winners of the ETI Awards, exemplifying Excellence, Truly Human, and Innovation were announced.

The team displayed their talents by each giving energetic group performances! It was then proceeded with games to further have an entertaining night. The Monito-Monita tradition of ETI, which was usually done virtually, was done in person as they each gave their gifts to whoever they picked. As the night continued, raffle prizes were given away to the lucky winners. Everyone went home with something! The night ended with a motivational and appreciative speech from their Chairman, Doc. Enrique Posas.
