ETI Awards 2021
This newly launched awarding program was held at the first-ever ETI Virtual Townhall event last July 6, 2021. This was intended to reward and recognize excellent and hardworking employees who go above and beyond their duties. There are 3 categories namely:
Excellence Award
This recognition will be given to an individual who made use of his/her skillsets to excel at what he/she does and exhibited outstanding performance on tasks and projects assigned to him/her.
This award was given to three outstanding individuals who exhibited their technical skills in handling and delivering very complex projects that went live successfully with a huge impact on client operations.
The winners were Genesis Rivera (for Capataz™ and the Ecommerce App), Den Amiel Leonardo (for Online Fulfillment and Larga™ Delivery), and Ren Muel Cabansag (for Larga™ Fleet and Warehouse Receiving)

Truly Human Award
This recognition will be given to an individual who showcased people's developer mindset and became a good example and role model as a teammate or leader. He/She was able to build the skills of others and was able to guide others to grow and develop their potential.
This award is for handling and building the end-users skills by creating the different training materials for each of the ETI products and conducting actual demos on top of their testing activities. The winners were Rose Laurente the QA Lead and Irish Pesante the Senior QA.
Innovation Award
This recognition will be given to an individual who came up with the out-of-the-box ideas and initiatives that the whole team or project can benefit from and made sure that the plans had come to fruition.
This individual provided innovative solutions by modeling a low-cost Bluetooth device that integrates into the weighing scale of the Warehouse Receiving mobile application which led to seamless deployment through DevOps CI/CD, and eased other environment setup and configurations. This was on top of his development works. This award was won by only one outstanding individual- Christian Dave Carlos our Software Architect.
May this be an additional motivation for the employees to strive for excellence in their works and continue surpassing their limits. This is just the first of many awarding initiatives of Eclectus Technologies Inc.!
